Internationalisation Trip to Beijing

Day 1: After a day of travelling, we explored a local supermarket filled with vibrant finds and fascinating products — before ending the day with delicious local delicacies and portions bigger than expected!

Day 2: A day of connections and discoveries: learning alongside our hosts at Beijing No. 20 High School and stepping back in time at the beautifully preserved Forbidden City.

Day 3: Back at Beijing No. 20 Middle School, we joined the students in their daily morning.

We will miss the new friends we made.

We then experienced a different side of Beijing and explored the culture, and history at the Hutongs’ narrow alleys.

Day 4: Visited the one and only Great Wall of China — how many steps do you think we climbed? Answer: Too many!

We were blown away by its sheer size. After conquering the Great Wall, we headed to the Bird’s Nest and marveled at the iconic Olympic stadium and recharged during the tea appreciation session

Day 5: We wrapped up our trip with a visit to the Temple of Heaven, taking in its history and stunning architecture. After one final feast, it was time to head home.

What an unforgettable journey filled with learning, friendship, and lasting memories!
